Nike Free Haven 3.0

If you think that flexible shoes offering a barefoot-like feel are just for runners, think again. The Nike Free Haven 3.0 Men’s Training Shoe, inspired by the Nike Free running shoe, combines major flexibility, a supportive fit and ground-gripping traction for serious control.
The super-flexible upper is seamless, with a mesh inner sleeve that hugs the foot for a skin-like fit. A dual-pull lacing system (anchored to the midsole) and soft material ‘fingers’ that wrap up the midfoot and arch provide lockdown, support and a snug fit. And, because drills and other training activities typically require lateral and diagonal moves, the Nike Free Haven also has a DiamondFLX traction pattern. (Which isn’t to say you couldn’t run some laps in it, too.)
